Limited registration -spay/neuter agreement $2500 -$3500 . The Higher priced are ones that would be considered show prospect. 

 

 Full registration will require the  dog of bitch  have the opportunity to become an AKC Champion before breeding ,  and all puppies must be sold on limited registration unless buyer is approved. This is to protect the quality  and integrity of this line. Full AKC is $3500 

 

  All puppies come with a 3 year health guarantee on hip heart and elbow. Contracts can be seen here on the website.

 

  Deposits are $500 to GET ON THE WAITING LIST! The deposit is counted toward the sale price and is only refundable if I can not supply you with a puppy in 12 months.

Balance will be due at  7 weeks of age or when final pick is made. Shipping is $450  OR more (if older/bigger puppy) depending on the size of the puppy,  in addition to sales price.

 

  Puppies are raised in home and handled daily, they will have age appropriate vaccines, worming and heart worm preventative. A list of this will be in your puppy folder.All puppies will come with a folder with pictures of the parents, health records, health certificate and your sales contract. Any limited registrations puppies will not receive any AKC paperwork until proof of spay or neuter has been supplied to the breeder.

 

  Microchipping- your puppy will be microchipped before leaving. The contact info for the chip will have both seller and buyer info, in case they cannot reach you.

 

  IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP THIS PUPPY FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE IT BACK TO SHINING HILLS (THE BREEDER/SELLER) WITH NO REIMBURSEMENT! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE BREACH OF CONTRACT AND BUYER AGREES TO PAY THE SUM OF $5000 IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN GREENE COUNTY MISSOURI.
